Marta Wojciechowska in the INEA Group is responsible for legal issues, regulations, compliance and ESG. She is Attorney at Law who successfully translates comprehensive business needs into regulatory reality in an international environment.
She understands the dynamics of business while being able to find the right balance between a broad view of investment and tactical management.
She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance projects advising on the implementation of regulatory requirements and risk management.
She also participated in international M&A transactions, supervising and being responsible for the process in the area of legal analysis, structuring transactions and documentation.
Marta Wojciechowska has been associated with the INEA Group since 2010.
Previously, she worked in law offices associated in international alliances.
She is a graduate of European studies and Law at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan.

Michał Kanownik
As the President of Digital Poland Association (ZIPSEE), he has been representing the largest manufacturers and distributors of electrical and electronic equipment in Poland for 14 years. Holds
a position of Executive Board member at Digital Europe, a trade organization bringing together the biggest associations of ICT sector in Europe. Chosen by the minister of digital affairs in February 2019 to take a seat in the ministry’s Council for Digitization. He is an initiator of nationwide debates regarding changes in copyright law, taxing, environment protection as well as public procurement and cybersecurity. As a manager in IT and consumer electronics industry with many years of experience, he is actively engaged in development and promotion of digitization in Poland. He successfully supports substantive and honest discussion regarding member – companies of Digital Poland Association, which comprise a significant share of consumer electronics and IT industry investing in Poland.

Patrycja Gołos
Corporate Affairs VP in the CEE region, responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of corporate communications, regulatory & public policy strategies, as well as representing UPC Polska in contacts with public stakeholders and regulators. Patrycja joined UPC Poland in 2001 and since 2007 she has been responsible for UPC’s Communication and Public Affairs.
Patrycja has nearly 20 years of experience in the TMT sector in Poland. She started her career at Wizja TV, the first digital satellite platform in Poland.
Patrycja is a graduate of International Relations and holds a degree in American Studies from the University of Warsaw. She pursued her PR education at the London School of Public Relations and completed the Executive Education on Leadership program at the Swiss IMD.
She serves as Vice-President of the Polish Chamber of Electronic Communication (PIKE) and the Association of Private Media (part of Polish Confederation Lewiatan), representing the interests of the cable sector. She is also co-chair of the Digital Economy Committee at AmCham.
